The world is changing to increasingly plant-based food and digitalization is creating new opportunities. It is exciting for them and in this process, they want to play an important role.
Let’s start with the food. When they looked around, they found lots of restaurants that serve vegetarian food but almost always as a forced compliment to a regular animal menu. Fafelle, therefore, wanted to create a completely vegetarian and preferably vegan restaurant with fantastically good and exciting food.
In recent years, lots of restaurants have appeared that have taken burgers, pizza, tacos, and more. to completely new heights and put the traditional fast food in the fine room. They saw the possibility of taking the actual vegan falafel on the same trip. They want to create a genuinely innovative fusion between tradition and innovative green cooking art under the leadership of our star chef Joel Åhlin.
